Yoga has been traced back to ancient India and the Sanskrit chronicles that date back to 6,000 BC. Patanjali, the Indian sage, founded the yoga system and compiled the four yoga books of his Yoga Sutra.

 

Yoga is well known as being  transformational and healing and can be practiced by people of all ages and physical capability.
